Seriously, no BS — we ship fast when we can, and we’re proud to make most of our gear right here in-house.
Most of our gear is manufactured or assembled by our team before shipping, which lets us ensure top quality and attention to detail. Standard gear orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is processed. We usually ship within a day or two, but actual times can vary depending on inventory, production workload, or order volume.
Print-on-Demand Clothing
All of our clothing items are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.
Because each piece is custom printed just for you, production and delivery can take up to 30 days, depending on the print factory’s schedule, item type, and destination.
Once your clothing order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.
⚠️ Note: Print-on-demand clothing ships separately from other gear and may arrive at a different time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery times vary depending on your region and carrier performance. Please note that carriers may occasionally experience delays (holidays, weather, or customs processing) that are beyond our control.
International Shipping
We’re proud to ship worldwide!
International shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country. We don’t control these charges and can’t estimate them in advance.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days (for standard gear) or 20 business days (for clothing), please contact us at gear@lobsterleague.com so we can check your order status.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
