Return Policy

Seriously, no BS!
We stand behind our gear 100%. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we'll give you a refund.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, please contact us first, because many of our products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty.

⚠️ Important: All clothing items are print-on-demand, custom-made for each order. Because of this, all clothing sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted for clothing once an order is placed. Please review your size and design carefully before checking out.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Print-on-demand clothing (all sales final)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Clothing

  • Some health and personal care items


Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • The return is made more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund posts)

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at gear@lobsterleague.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email EnjoyLife@LifeLeagueGear.com and send your return to:

Please do not return any clothing to this address.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

(Again, no clothing returns — print-on-demand items are final sale.)

You are responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If shipping an item valued over $75, please use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
